For offline and company payments you can make your initial reservation here and request a manual invoice via the booking form. UK Tea Academy shall not at any time be liable to compensate for: loss of earnings, refunds towards any expenses incurred by the attendee: transport (including flights, hotels etc.); food or any other expenses.

ALL cancellations requests shall be emailed to info@ukteaacademy.com.

Refund Policy applies to Courses only. We are unable to issue refunds for Academy Extra events (except in special circumstances).

REFUND POLICY:

  • 2 weeks prior to the course: full refund of the course fee and VAT only (excludes booking fee being 5% of the course fee).
  • 1 week prior to the course: 50% refund of the course fee and 50% of the VAT only (excludes booking fee being 5% of the course fee).
  • Less than a week (7 days prior to the course): no refund.
  • No show: no refund.

UK Tea Academy reserve the right to cancel courses or events at any time: a full refund of course / event fee and booking fee or option to take the course or attend the event on a different date shall be offered wherever possible.
