Most of us have a fairly clear idea about what a spiritual man looks like in a church environment or ministry context, but what does a spiritual man look like when he’s working on a production line, or in a call centre? Is there a valid difference between the categories of secular and spiritual? How do you build your life as a man of God when most of your energy and time are consumed by the hours between your daily commute?

Join Stephen McQuoid and Tom Meredith as they unpack the place of a godly man in the varied spheres of life, as well as the impact that a God-shaped character can have on the world around us.

Stephen McQuoid

Stephen McQuoid grew up in Ethiopia where his parents were missionaries. He then lived in Ireland, where he qualified as a nurse before going on to study theology and enter full-time Christian ministry. He holds Masters and Doctoral degrees and has written more than a dozen books. Stephen is General Director of Gospel Literature Outreach, a missionary organisation based in Motherwell, Scotland. He is married to Debbie, and they, along with their three children, fellowship at Liberty Community Church, Belshill, where they are both on the Leadership Team.

Tom Meredith

Pastor at One Community Church in Glendenning for 25 years, Graduated from Emmaus Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology. Tom has been married to Karolina for 36 years, and have since had 5 Boys and a girl. Tom has 4 Grandchildren and an Orange Cat.

To register a group, please follow the instructions on the registration page. You will register the first person first then have an option to register additional people. The form will prefill portions of the registration for you to simplify the multiple registration process. If you are registering as a Father and Son combination, you’ll need to register each son as a multiple registration and enter the Coupon code of “SON” for each son to get the special pricing. It is important to go through this process as we need the names of all who attend so we can prepare name tags and rooming lists.

Please note the registration system will ask you to pay online individually for each registration. You can do this or you can chose to pay offline as a direct debit. We would recommend that those registering groups of people use this option and then direct debit the fees to
