Join Andy for a great fall class where you will learn several different salad recipes with great late Autumn and early winter farm ingredients. The hoophouses on the farm are busting with salad ingredients like arugula, lettuce and baby kale in November. Learn how to make a kale salad with apples, cherries, and feta. Quinoa salad with roasted squash, cranberries and pecans is also on the menu as is a winter spinach salad with maple candied walnuts and a fig-balsamic dressing. Finally finish the night off with a pork tenderloin salad with grilled nectarines.
