The garlic was recently planted but we saved enough for a few really great dishes and we want to share them with you. Learn how garlic is planted, harvested and dried on the farm. We’ll roast garlic two ways then start the night with a roasted garlic cheese toast and a garlic-dill soda bread. Learn how to make a pot of sopa de ajo (Spanish garlic soup). Then well finish the night with a creamy roasted garlic and spinach orzo dish. Go home full and smelling of garlic for days. This class is vegetarian.
