A unique Liberty Arts fundraiser - glass blowing and gourmet food- sponsored by NanaSteak .

Glass blowing demonstrations by Durham-based designer Elijah Leed.
Watch as he makes beautiful hand-blown glass art while you sip wine and feast on an array of small plate appetizers cooked in the same furnace. The evening will kickoff with a leisurely tour of the Liberty Arts studio where you can interact with some of our very talented artists and browse the art they create.

This one-of-a-kind fundraising dining event is one you won’t want to miss.

The incredible menu will be arranged by Chef Eric Akbari. Eric is a native of Charlotte N.C., but has been cooking in the Triangle since 1999. Originally moving to the area to study biology at NC State, he left to pursue a career in the local restaurant industry. He has held both savory and pastry positions in some of the area’s most popular establishments; Urban Food Group, Enoteca Vin, and The Duck & Dumpling in Raleigh as well as One Restaurant and G2B Gastropub in Chapel Hill and Durham. He has been at NanaSteak for the last 3 years.

Duck Confit and Swiss Chard Stuffed Peppadew Peppers with Charred Leek Soubise

Persian Lamb Kebabs over Saffron Rice and Charred Tomato and Onion

Crepes Suzette with Dark Chocolate Sorbet
