Join Andy for a menu loaded with fresh herbs right from the farm. The menu includes , citrus tarragon and asparagus salad, home made herb salts, fresh herb and spinach salsa verde, herb tossed roasted potatoes with sour cream and pan roasted thyme chicken. Leave the class full of food, full of knowledge, and an herb plant or two for your kitchen herb garden.
