Baking bread does not need to be daunting, in this beginner sourdough bread class you will learn how with just a few simple ingredients, beautiful artisan loaves can be made at home. A crusty, whole wheat loaf and a lush, soft sandwich loaf will be the focus. We will discuss baking with alternative flours and ancient grains as well. All attendees will leave with a loaf of bread and a bit of starter culture to begin baking their own sourdough loaves at home.
