Welcome to OSUD Registration for 2019/2020 Our 41st season!

The Ottawa School of Ukrainian Dance provides dance training to students of all ages, levels and backgrounds.

The School’s motto is: “Ukrainian dance for all!”

Courses are designed to encourage each student to work to his or her full potential. The School’s faculty is comprised of experienced, professionally-trained teachers dedicated to the provision of caring and quality instruction. The School carries strong commitment to the creativity and discipline of dance, as well as to the development of original choreography. Sunday classes are held in the professional studios of The School of Dance, 200 Crichton Street (Ottawa).

Children as young as 3 years of age begin in the You and Me class accompanied by a parent, guardian, or adult friend. At age four, children register for the Primary class - an introduction to Ukrainian rhythms, music, and dance. Students progress through the School, working for two years at each level. Students are placed in classes according to age (as of Dec. 31, 2019) and can begin learning in the School at any age.
