Topics studied include North Carolina license law, contracts and closings, agency relationships, property ownership, and land use control among many other pertinent topics.

We don’t believe in stuffy classrooms with boring lecture. Go School will use class lecture, assigned homework, and cutting-edge technology to enhance the experience for adult learners. And, our instructors are some of the most passionate people we know in the real estate industry. The course is not easy, but our instructors will provide you with all the information, tools, resources, and materials that you need to pass the real estate broker license exam and launch your real estate career. Be prepared to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week studying outside the classroom to best prepare you for successfully passing this course.

Please note that this course will consist of a minimum of 80 instructional hours including 4 hours for the end-of-course exam. The schedule may be extended should unforeseen circumstances occur (i.e. the instructor becomes ill or weather conditions causes school closure). Students may not be absent more than 16 instructional hours (or, 80% of total instruction hours) to be eligible to take the end-of-course exam. Anyone requesting to test outside the scheduled dates will incur a $100 proctoring fee.
