If you want to pick up your scratch block, take it home to create your piece and then bring it back in time for the pour, here’s where you sign up.

Pay for your scratch block here and coordinate with Evie to pick it up at the studio or the Foundry. Please call 919 619-1244 to work out time and place for your pick up.

Please be aware that even though these blocks can withstand 3000 degree molten iron being poured into them, they break and chip fairly easily so be gentle.

Also - best to work on them with good ventilation.

The Foundry is at 530 Foster St., just down from Pixel Wall in Durham Central Park.

The Studio is at 918 Pearl St. which runs parallel between Elizabeth and Alston. Our gate is close to the Mallard St end of Pearl St. We’re right behind TROSA. Be sure to call ahead to schedule time for pick up from Studio.

You can pick up from Foundry whenever there’s a scratch block workshop - every Wednesday evening 5-7pm or Saturday morning 10am - 12pm.
