We want YOU to feel as prepared and confident as possible by offering an “Audition Boot Camp”, bringing interested auditionees the details, material, and support to ensure a successful audition experience!

Time to flex those acting muscles!

Aloha Theatre will be holding auditions for their production of “The Laramie Project”, based on the true story of the 1998 murder turned hate crime committed in Laramie, Wyoming written by playwright Moises Kaufman, on April 6 and 7…are you ready?

On Saturday, March 28, set up your technical device and explore the context of this production, as well as the vital tools to prepare for a dramatic play in this special “Laramie Project” themed Audition Boot Camp.

Train with Jerry Tracy, Director of the upcoming production, as he gets you in shape through performing monologues, improvisation, physical characterization, and public speaking techniques! He’ll also provide more information about the components of this production, audition tips, and other sneak peek opportunities for interested auditionees.

Ages 16+. Participants of all levels and performance experience are welcome. This workshop will be held via Zoom. A link will be shared to all registered participants.
