World Language Initiative- MT

Students will be supported by WLI-MT Language & Culture Coaches as they support students with their online schoolwork. Students will also participate in language & culture projects and active outside learning (weather permitting).

Please know that it is our best intention to help students complete as much of their schoolwork as possible. Our goal is to spend 2/3 of time with students on homework, and 1/3 focusing on language and culture.

While it should be an expectation that much of student homework will be completed, we cannot guarantee 100% completion every class.
Please work with your students’ Language Coach by communicating expectations and priorities.

Classes start the week of Nov. 16th and end the week of Dec. 14th
No classes the week of Thanksgiving
FULL DAY Program Cost: $40
HALF DAY Program Cost : $20
Programs run for 4 weeks
Enrollment priority given to families with WLI-MT Memberships
Students will be supported in small groups (6 students or less)
Our programs follow community youth program COVID-19 protocols & best practices, including temperature check, face masks & physical distancing
Language Coaches support students in completing school-required online lessons in addition to games, activities, and play which facilitates language learning
Online support provided by coaches to students in case of quarantine
