Learn how Goan cuisine is a careful balance between Indian flavours and the heavy influence of the Portuguese in the area. In this hands on class you will create dishes that use divine Indian spices and learn how the dishes are made and served in traditional Indian communities. Enjoy the Indian feast around the table with a glass of wine.
