Come practice Mindfulness Meditation and reconnect with self. Everyone can benefit from having clarity and peace of mind while having fun achieving it. In this 90-minute workshop, participants will be taken on an interactive guided meditation that works well for all. We will be practicing different Mindfulness techniques such as breathing, Transcendental, and Metta Meditations as well as positive affirmations that empower your inner self. This will increase relaxation, focus, and positive thinking. Participants will learn steps to incorporate Mindfulness into their busy lives and strengthen their activism.
