Workshop Number 3 - ZOOM Webinar - Service Business Leadership Interactive Classes - Employee Development and Performance Challenges

Do you wake up looking forward to being at your job everyday? Or is it the opposite, a feeling of dread and concern for what you may be facing? Feel like you have no one to talk to or get feedback from? This series of leadership workshops will make a difference in your life.

This “No Nonsense, No BS” workshop is designed to give service business leaders information, solutions and tools to handle the typical leadership challenges faced in service businesses daily. This program will help you become better at who you are, what you do and how you do it!

This is the only forum that allows you to bring your specific challenges and solicit feedback and ideas from other professionals in similar industries!

In this leadership workshop, which has a fee of $179 per viewing location, we will share proven techniques that will give service managers, field supervisors and service business owners the information and tools needed to become better leaders and coaches for their team members. This workshop is ongoing and will be presented every two weeks at the same time on Tuesdays at 12:30PM EDT. The subject matter will be different every session and attendees may attend any session specific to their needs. All sessions will be recorded and available for purchase at a later date.

Frank Besednjak is an award winning business coach who has successfully worked with hundreds of small to medium sized businesses in helping improve their profitabilty, professionalism and productivity. He is one of the most sought after business speakers in the service industry and has presented and spoke at thousands of events and conferences.

“A business leader’s role is not to tell his team members what to do and how to do it. A true business leader sets up the rules, processes and methods that encourage and reward success. At the same time, the leader must also identify and eliminate any obstacles that may keep his or her team from performing at their highest level. That is what this ongoing, interactive workshop is all about.”
