The Union of North American Vietnamese Student Associations (UNAVSA) is excited to announce the return of our Virtual Experience Leadership Conference! Taking place on July 22 - 25, 2021, “Behind the Dreams” transports you into our digital world where the choices you make define the journey you embark on.

Along the way, you’ll have access to inspiring keynote speakers, engaging workshops, amazing entertainment, and familial connections that leave you asking, “How can I stay in this space?”

Through the theme of “Behind the Dreams,” we challenge everyone to reflect on themselves, their choices, and their dreams. What are the actions you can take to achieve your dreams? What are the steps that we take as individuals and as a community that bring us closer to our dreams? Everyday life isn’t always about making big moves to accomplish big dreams. It’s also about the small steps you take to continue working towards the next phase of your life.

If dreams are the abstract motivation of your life, what is the backbone behind them? What will it take to get you closer to realizing them? Whether it’s as an individual or as a community, how can we be accountable for ourselves and our actions that will drive us all toward a brighter future and even closer to fulfilling the dream?
