Bird Bungalows: Woodworking for Middle/Highschoolers
For students in 6th through 12th grade

During this workshop we will learn some basic woodworking techniques to create birdhouses made of driftwood and other salvaged materials. No prior woodworking experience is necessary.
Andrew Brehm is a sculptor, teacher, and parent who lives here in Beacon, NY. He received his degree in Furniture Making from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and his MFA in Sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University. Andrew exhibits his work locally and elsewhere and currently manages the Visual Arts Shops at Columbia University. Website: andrewbrehm.info
This workshop will be held indoors, all participants must be masked and vaccinated or show proof of recent testing for COVID-19.
