Technically Speaking is a 12 week course focused on two aspects of public speaking - creating speaker depth and perfecting technical execution

1. Deepening your consciousness and diversity of thought to provide your audience depth and breadth, build confidence, and increase presence
2. Learn the technical aspects of speaking to create fluency, trust, and impact in your delivery

In this intense and challenging course, you will work with a diverse cohort of speakers to learn and grow. I will guide you through 12 weeks of instruction that will help you to perfect your public speaking skills. This course will equip you with skills you can implement immediately and provide you with a roadmap on how to structure your personal development long after you complete this course.

• How to generate depth in your speaking
• How to structure your story and bring it alive
• How to implement vocal variety in your delivery to increase impact
• How to leverage neuroscience to engage your audience and be more impactful
• How to use emphasis to be more impactful
• How to use expression, character embodiment, and movement to increase audience engagement
• How to effectively use body movement and gesturing throughout your speech
• How to become aware of detracting behaviors and poor habits, and handle them once and for all
• A list of books every speaker should have in their library
• How to use technology to deliver impactful presentations
• How and when to use visuals
• How to choose the right quotes and poems to add impact to your presentation
• Learn tools, tips, hacks...and much more!

Each week you will have "growth" work and a reflection assignment to complete. You'll also have an opportunity to practice and receive feedback on your speeches. Everyone will get to participate and learn from each other!
