Elements: An Art & Music Playschool
A 10 month school-year length program for children 3-5 years old
Mondays and/or Fridays, 9am-12pm, Fall 2022-Spring 2023

This fall, we are so excited to expand our beloved class that combines music, art, science, and sensory play, transforming the 90 minute format into a full 3 hour morning "playschool." Using a thematic approach, students will be guided in magical explorations of music and art through stories, music, movement, art-making, and natural materials. STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) concepts will be interwoven throughout the arts experiences, giving children a multifaceted understanding of the world around them that is developmentally on target for their age. Our days will begin with open play in our music and movement studio, followed by a break for snack, art and music explorations, and finally ending with outdoor play in our shaded backyard.

This program is available for attendance on Mondays only, Fridays only, or both Mondays AND Fridays.

FINANCIAL:
The complete pricing breakdown is as follows:
- Mondays AND Fridays: $2,465 plus $25 registration fee for the school year ($271.50 deposit + 9 payments of $246.50 each)
- Mondays only: $1,200 plus $25 registration fee for the school year ($145.00 deposit + 9 payments of $120.00 each)
- Fridays only: $1,385 plus $25 registration fee for the school year ($163.50 deposit + 9 payments of $138.50 each)

Upon submission of the registration with payment of a non-refundable deposit of 1/10th of the total yearly tuition plus the $25 registration fee, you are reserving a place for your child at Elements Playschool with the intention to participate for the full 2022-2023 school year. Following registration you will be asked via email to initiate automatic tuition payments occurring every month for the 9 remaining payments of the 10 month program. The first of the 9 remaining payments is due on September 1, 2022.

CALENDAR:
We follow the Beacon City School District Calendar ( https://www.beaconk12.org/cms/lib/NY01813524/Centricity/Domain/4/2022-2023%20Final.pdf ). The first class, if attending Mondays only, is Monday September 12, and if attending Fridays only or Mondays AND Fridays the first class is Friday September 9, 2022. The last class, if attending Mondays only is Monday June 12, and if attending Fridays only or Mondays AND Fridays the last class is Friday June 16, 2023.

HEALTH/SAFETY:
- We will require immunizations, and keep on file immunization record and most recent physical (the standard for preschools/schools).
- Your child must be fully potty trained to attend Elements Playschool.
- Your child must be sent to Elements Playschool wearing a well fitted mask.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that a family withdraws a student from Elements, the following obligations apply:
- Withdrawal prior to September 1, deposit is not returned.
- Withdrawal after September 1, deposit is not returned, and the full payment of the following monthly tuition payment is due.
