Kick off your weekend with an adult art class! This class is aimed at beginners and is a great way to try pottery making. In this two-hour pottery wheel session you will learn the basics of creating beautiful functional pottery suitable to use in your home or to give as a gift. Guests are encouraged to bring your own snacks and drink of choice. This class is great for date nights or an interesting night out with friends. Please wear comfortable clothes and remember you may get dirty!

This class requires no less than 2 people to run and can host a maximum of 8. If the class is unable to run, you will be notified ASAP to reschedule to another day.

Disclaimer:

We aim to create two functional wares that you may bring home and use. Despite our best efforts sometimes not all the pottery pieces make it through both kiln firings. This is rare but in the case a piece does not come out in tact please remember this is part of the pottery process and this does not mean guests are entitled to a makeup class or to a refund. This class is all about the experience and we strive to lead students to make pieces that are structurally sound.

It will take 2-3 weeks to fire the pottery. You will be notified by phone or email once your pieces are ready for pick up. All wares will be finished with a food safe satin white glaze.

Please drink responsibly and be prepared to hail a Taxi/Lyft/Uber in the event that you are not capable of driving safely.

Terms and Conditions:

Blue Void Design Pottery Studio and Gallery will honor full refunds for class cancellations made no less than one week prior to the class start date. If the cancellation is less than a week away from the first class date a 75% refund will be provided or you can opt to reschedule to a future class date. If you do not notify us within 24 hours before the start class time that you cannot make it, this will be considered a "No Show" and you will be ineligible for any refund or reschedule.
