TETON TACTICAL LLC, a Division of Executive Options LLC

This is the mandated course that must be completed prior to receiving your NYS pistol permit. This course meets the current training requirements as per NYS DCJS and NYSP. 

We will be conducting this course in two formats: 2 full days and/or 4 four blocks of instruction, normally in the evenings.

4 hour block evening courses start at 5:30PM until 10:00PM.

2 day courses run from 9:00AM until 6:00PM.

You will be required to pass a written exam with a minimum score of 80%, as well as a basic qualification course of fire: 4/5 shots on a 11x23 silhouette at 4 yards.

* All weapons and ammunition are provided in this course. We will be using non-lethal Simunition FX man marking ammunition for the required qualification course of fire. Please do not bring personally owned weapons to the training environment.

If you have a felony or domestic violence conviction, you are not eligible to take this course. If you are unsure if you are eligible for a NYS pistol permit, please consult with your local sheriffs office prior to registering for this course.
