The 4-hour course will assist Appraisers, Real Estate Salesperson/Broker and Home Inspectors to use the Square Footage-Method for Calculating known as ANSI® Z765-2021 (American National Standards Institute®) Measuring Standard. Students will learn how to measure, calculate, and report gross living area (GLA) and non-GLA areas of subject properties for appraisals requiring interior and exterior inspections with effective dates of April 1, 2022 or later for loans sold to Fannie Mae. In addition, new Fannie Mae Guidelines for 2022 will be discussed.
