Although we are blessed with access to great meat, fish and cheese in New Zealand there is certainly room to increase the plant based options we use. This class will give you some plant based alternatives that can easily be incorporated into your recipe file.

Cancellations: We prepare for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it to the class you have booked please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is recieved more than two days before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is recieved less than two days before the class, we will use our best endeavours to find another person to take your place, if we cannot find a replacement we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.

Minimum numbers: We endeavour to fill our cooking classes, however if we do not have four people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.
