Hitter and First Contact Combined Development
The athletes must be dedicated, willing to work hard, coachable, and train more than the rest. This program will run for one month at Father Robinson indoor Courts. The program will run Tuesdays from 8:30-10:00 pm.
The session will be a combined session of hitting and first contact.
Athletes who want to work on the basics of hitting and increase the force of their hits. The first contact part is the exploration of all the different types of first contact that a player might encounter while playing the sport.
