Walk Fit Workout-
This is a fun active class in which we move for 3 miles, following along with a DVD. This is great for your heart and your brain, and an energetic way to socialize with others!
The miles will fly by as you step, tap, kick and twist to these oldies but goodies that are sure to be some of your all-time favorites too. So come on and sing along as you get your walk on!
