For students taking their first class with me, I am offering a reduced price of $10.
This will be a general overall body awareness class but will also be tailored to the needs of the participants as much as possible.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat. I have a few mats stored at the studio for students who don't have a yoga mat yet but please email me first to check on availability. All of the other props we will use are stored at the studio.
