What? High intensity interval training with pilates and yoga movements and postures!
Where? Near the Nefs (the elephant) on the Île de Nantes
Who? This class required a minimum of 3 participants! No max number of participants.
When? Wednesday evening at 6 pm! Please arrive a few minutes early to find us and set up your mat!
Remember: Bring your mats, water bottles & a towel (if you wish). :)
