Power Vinyasa Flow
Power Vinyasa Flow is a progressive, slow to fast-paced series of breath flowing postures that allow you to open the lungs and strengthen the core and arms, all while stretching the muscles of the body to improve balance, flexibility and overall tone. We will apply Sun Salutations to elevate heart rate throughout the practice, as well as standing, sitting and reclining asanas to incorporate every part of the body into the flow.
Power Vinyasa incorporates some pilates movements and light, low-impact cardio! Get ready to move and flow!
Note: Please arrive 5 -10 minutes before class in order to set up your mats, settle in and begin on time!
Where to find us: At the Nefs (near the Elephant) on the Île de Nantes!
Difficulty level: PV Flow is a workout! This class is open for all levels, but it is not necessarily easy! All poses can be modified for beginners.

- Large towel or yoga towel
- Small towel
- Water bottle
- Any extra equipment you may want or need!
Optional: Yoga blocks and straps can be used to facilitate more difficult postures.
