Sound Meditation

Kym will use some guided meditation and breathwork techniques to lead you in to this sound meditation.

Kym will then create a unique sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls, the gongs, harmonium, flute, chimes, medicine drum, rain stick, the voice and more to ease you into a relaxed and meditative state. Here, you can allow the healing vibrations to do their work as you soak up the powerful sounds and truly drop away from the daily grind and busy brain.

Sound meditations are a great way to get into meditation - as they tend to be active enough to give your busy mind something to focus on while simultaneously creating and holding space for you to drop deeper into a meditative state without years of practice. Magnify this with the power of the full moon and top it off with sharing in a cup of hot chai.
