This is a 4 WEEK JOURNEY to discovering the breath and it's potential to change your life.
4 weekends : 4 Live Breath Sessions
These will include visualisations and meditation techniques and vocal toning interwoven throughout.
Although each week will progress as we build skills and confidence in the various techniques, it is not necessary to do all 4 sessions.
Each session will be fully guided.
