FASTer Way to Fat Loss leg day focuses on exercise moves that incorporate lower body muscle groups, which are the biggest muscle group we have. You can expect pro trainers Le & Haven to bring the heat to quads, hamstrings and calves with exercises like squats, deadlifts, and lunges. Grab a heavy weight or simply use your body weight to feel the burn. The FASTer Way hinges on quick workouts so this will be around 30 minutes!
