Managing the Sales Process to learn how to develop and manage their company’s
sales process while becoming world-class retailers.
• Attendees will learn how to increase their sales of high efficiency equipment
and accessories while improving their overall company profitability through
a structured sales process.
• Attendees will develop the skills to become world-class retailers who will be
able to communicate the value of their company and equipment brands,
raiser their average sale, and position their company for a referral.
• All aspects of lead generation and lead management will be discussed as
well as the role of the Sales Coordinator.
