The Riverside Market is full of locally produced seasonal food. Take a tour of the market with our chef, meet the local producers and artisans, find the true culinary gems Canterbury has to offer. Once the chef has gathered the produce needed, we head back upstairs to Riverside Kitchen for a cooking demonstration, followed by a four course lunch matched with the finest New Zealand wines.
