This workshop is intended for building officials, architects, engineers and designers. The purpose is to explore in depth the amendments to the Ontario Building Code effective January 2020. The focus will be on Part 9 and relevant topics from other parts associated with Part 9 buildings.

Detailed discussion on the amendments to the building code affecting Part 9 buildings. Each relevant amendment will be explored in detail, helping the practitioner not only understand what the change is, but how the change will impact them while performing their job. The goal of this workshop is to provide awareness and understanding of the building code amendments.
