This Leadership Professional Development Group Assistant/Deputy Head professional development group is open to all deputy heads, assistant heads and senior leaders. The three termly sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to hear great speakers. The focus for this session is: Time and Energy Management.

This session will allow for leaders to consider how their personality can influence the ability to work efficaciously. Practical strategies to organise workload and how to prioritise tasks will be explored. The concept of using leaders’ individual energy levels to make effective use of time, will also be discussed.

This is a remote training course. Delegates will receive their login details in a separate email one week ahead of the training session.
