USC Academic Advisor Training

This session will provide information on UofSC’s Honors College including the students, curriculum, DegreeWorks utilization, and Honors advisement.
Learning Outcomes:
-Understand how Honors College requirements can be integrated into course selection and advisement for Honors students.
-Gain talking points for advising appointments for Honors students who seek early graduation and maximize AP, IB, or dual enrollment credit.
-Incorporate Appreciative Advising techniques in advising appointments with Honors students.
