Dating While Neurodiverse
Building friendships and sharing special moments with a bestie is amazing...but what happens when we want something more? How do we go about doing this? How do we even know what we want? How do we go about this safely? 

Join us for an 8-week class for neurodiverse adults ages 18+ where we talk about it all! We'll cover everything from the social nuances of dating and navigating relationships to sexual education, consent, and appropriate ways to communicate. This will be a judgment-free zone where neurodiverse individuals can share their anxieties and fears while asking the questions some have been too embarrassed to ask. 

Content/topics to be covered include:
  • Social nuances of dating
  • Am I being flirty or creepy?
  • Are we friends or are we more?
  • Appropriate communication - in-person & online
  • Courtship & going on dates
  • Consent and how to say no
  • Love languages
  • Rejection & being turned down
  • LGBTQ+ safe zone
  • Sexual education & safety
  • Breakups & coping

This will be a mixed-gender class but there will be 1 - 2 sessions where participants break off into gender groups.

Attending the Studio on a Wednesday and want to stay for class? We offer a $7 dinner add-on for participants to have between the Studio session end time at 6pm and the class start at 6:30pm.

New participants are welcome to enroll! We offer a "no pressure" two-week trial period for all classes.

Step 1: Fill out the online registration & select "check payment" to bypass payment.

Step 2: Attend the first two weeks of classes as a "test run."

Step 3: After the two weeks, let us know if you'd like to continue. We can then arrange online or check payment, depending on your preference.

Tuition Payment Options:

1) Pay in full via online credit card payment when registering.

2) Pay via mailed check to 7520 Main St #103 Sykesville, MD 21784. Checks must be received prior to the start of class. Either $40 deposit (5-month payment option) or $80 full tuition.

3) Pay a $40 deposit via online credit card payment to register. The remaining monthly payments can be made via check or online payment. You will receive a reminder email each month to submit the payment.

4) Cash payments not accepted.
