Improv Master Class:  Longform Practice & Notes

This class is for intermediate to advanced level improvisers who… 

-Want to improve their long form skills

-Play with other supportive people. 

-Maximize their two hours of class time every week

Prerequisite:

Students must have a handle on scene work and an understanding of basic longform.

This class is less about learning long form for the first time and more about refining your skills through practice and feedback.

As with every class I teach: Supportive people only (life's too short to deal with shitheads).

Every class will go like this…

We’ll begin with warm ups 

Jump into a long form 

I’ll share my notes and hear your thoughts 

I’ll run any exercises I think will help based on what we just did 

Run a 2nd Long form

Notes on that one.

If time permits, we’ll do a closing exercise.

We’ll definitely cover Montage, Close Quarters & Armando.
