Pollinator Garden

Join us for a six week pollinator series! Attend all six weeks to learn every aspect of building your pollinator garden. Attend select sessions to focus on areas of interest.

April 6 Soil: 

  • Learn about the nutrients and ways we can enrich soil to create a stronger ecosystems. Make a wormery and learn all about compost!

April 13 Plants and Growing:

  • Investigate the parts and purposes of plants. Design an experimental garden to test how changing the environment changes the plant. Begin planting your pollinator seedlings.

April 20 Biodiversity:

  • Growing plants is like making trail mix. You need the right blend for things to be their best. Learn about the tips and combos that lead to big blooms and a healthy ecosystem. We'll check in our experimental garden to see how things are growing!

April 27 Who's in the Garden

  • Dig into the soil and learn about the insects and pollinators that love and harm a garden ecosystem.We'll check in our our experimental garden and care for pollinator seedlings.

May 4 Design in the Garden

  • Take the seedlings and know how you've gave each session to design in the garden. Consider irrigation, filtration, hydration, and collection.

May 11 Art in the Garden

  • We'll end our pollinator series by creating custom pieces to add a final flair to your garden project.
