Lunch ‘N’ Learn is coming back!! For the uninformed, our friends at Antero, Tormey & Petrin, a law firm specializing in intellectual property, will host an event over lunch and discuss topics relevant to growing startups. We will provide food and drinks. The program will start on April 12th from 12-1pm at Circuit Launch. The first topic will be “Funding your Startup” by Peter Tormey. Here is a taste...

With recent changes in the law procuring the capital you need has never been easier. In this lunch and learn Mr. Tormey will explore common ways new and seasoned entrepreneurs procure investment and some of the legal pitfalls people make along the way. There are easy-to-use tools for funding your business. Mr. Tormey, a veteran entrepreneur and patent attorney will explain these tools and provide his impression on which funding resources are best in different situations. 

Mr. Tormey has over 25 years of experience as a design engineer and successful entrepreneur. He holds an MBA in Marketing from St. Mary’s College in California, a BS in Electronic Engineering from San Francisco State University (Magna Cum Laude), and a JD from J. F. Kennedy Law School.”
