Dare Conference 2023

For Women & Girls Across Generations

Aug 11 & 12, 2023

With Session Speakers:

Yen Daly (Justice Advocate; Lawyer; Ministry Manager - CFC Alice Springs)

Ps Cass Tompich (Dare Conference Convenor)

Plus, this year’s curated Conversation Panels will cover a diverse range of topics. Hear the unique stories of wonderfully real women, each one passionate about making a tangible difference in her everyday life.

Dare Women exists to unite, encourage and pour strength into generations of women and girls who will say yes to God and dare mighty things, for His renown. Hosted by CFC Churches, Dare Women's Conference is open to any woman and any girl in Year 5 - Year 12 (in South Australia and beyond) to come along.

Theme: Light Up The Dark

'Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples but the Lord rises upon you…” - Isaiah 60:1-2a

This August, women & girls across generations will gather to unite in friendship and purpose. In an atmosphere of faith and encouragement, we will delight in (or discover for the very first time) whose we are and the great light and hope we have, in knowing and following Jesus.

"Light up the dark" is both:
A prayer and heart cry - for areas in our own lives, our families or loved ones, work colleagues and neighbours that we carry a burden for - that Jesus would shine His light and intervene as only He can: to rescue, reveal who He is, revive hearts and lives, and restore hope.

A prompting and invitation from the Spirit of God - to remember what we have, what we carry within us and what is available to all because of Jesus. As light bearers and hope bringers, we get to light up the dark in every sphere God has placed us in, wherever He calls us to go.

The invitation to this year’s conference is for you and all the women and girls in your world! In a world full of hopelessness, suffering, confusion and heartache, God is still stirring hearts and propelling us on, to shine His light.

We can’t wait to welcome and host every one of you at Dare this year. See you very soon!

DARE Women Team xx
