OVERVIEW
Everyone who works in the field of education will teach students who need support with executive functioning skills. These students may struggle with working memory, cognitive flexibility, and inhibitory control. Good executive functioning skills enable positive social relations, academic success, and adaptive skills. This workshop will equip you with proven interventions and strategies to help students demonstrate perseverance to problem solve, manage their emotions, and succeed academically.

- Identify instructional strategies to support students with working memory and self-regulation across the academic curriculum.
- Describe next steps for implementing an instructional strategy to support executive functioning skills.
