Note: Valid Sun City West Recreation Card number and Sun City West address, must be entered, in order to become a member of SWAC.
Email and phone numbers are used to assist instructors with communication.
This information is not shared outside the club. Additionally, there is a yes/no box on the registration form, that asks whether you want your personal information shared. If you select the ‘No’ response, only the member’s name will be published.

SUN WEST ART CLUB GENERAL WAIVER
By voluntarily submitting my art work to be displayed in the facilities of Sun City West including the Gallery of the Sun West Art Club rooms of Kuentz Rec. Center, the RH Johnson Library, the sites of the annual SWAC Art show, and any other venue within the City of Sun City West, I assume all liability for theft, damage, or loss of my work.

I agree to hold harmless and not seek damages from: The Recreation Centers of Sun City West, the Sun West Art Club, its members, any employees of the Sun City West Rec Facilities or individuals hired by them or volunteers working in the above outlined areas. I will make no claims (including attorney fees) whatsoever that may arise form the exhibit, storage, or transport of my work.

I agree that any art left in the art rooms for more than 6 months may be disposed of in a way determined by the Kuentz Gallery Chair.
