Classes are nonrefundable.

In the first class we will study the techniques to create distance (including perspective) through atmospheric color, size and direction. Just think “Grand Canyon!” In the second class this month, we’ll incorporate the balance of large and small elements in one painting to focus on the dynamics of scale. Remember, that a large element close to the center can be balanced by a small element further away from the center! Participants should bring at least two reference photo compositions to paint which relate to the theme for this month.
