Awareness Through Movement uses gentle movement and directed attention to find greater ease, comfort, and efficiency in movement. Through the practice, new neural pathways are formed, bringing about freedom from habitual movement patterns, improved internal support, and a more refined and open awareness. ATM offers the means to discover new ways of mobilizing into action, from a deeply embodied place.

Foam mats will be provided. You may wish to bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on top. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily.
