In this course we are going to dive deep into the R2R, HMO and SA strategies.
We cover the main differences between R2R and purchasing property, we cover the opportunities that the difference presents you and how best you can take advantage of them and take a closer look at the exits of HMO and SA, how you can take advantage of them and how they will increase your cashflow.
Lunch is provided on this one day training course.
Franchisees who have not been on this course before take priority over those who have. If you have attended the course before and you book yourself on, we may ask you to give priority to someone who hasn't been on the course.
If anyone should book onto the course and then fail to attend, there will be a charge of £50 which will be billed to you. (this is to cover any lost cost for travel, reservation deposits for locations etc.) You can cancel an event up to a week before without being charged a cancellation fee.
If the minimum of attendees (10 people) is not reached then the event will not go ahead. You will be notified if the event does not reach the minimum amount and will not be going ahead.
