Becoming a developer is often the pinnacle goal for people in property. Here you get to learn from the team building over 500 units in Manchester with hundreds of additional units in the pipeline.
We cover the techniques and calculations you need to be aware of to calculate whether your idea has legs. We start to look at how you manage the process from images to buildings.
We will provide one nights accommodation for this 2 night course for the evening in between. Lunch is provided on both days.
Franchisees who have not been on this course before take priority over those who have. If you have attended the course before and you book yourself on, we may ask you to give priority to someone who hasn't been on the course.
If anyone should book onto the course and then fail to attend, there will be a charge of £50 which will be billed to you. (this is to cover any lost cost for travel, reservation deposits for locations etc.) You can cancel an event up to a week before without being charged a cancellation fee.
If the minimum of attendees (10 people) is not reached then the event will not go ahead. You will be notified if the event does not reach the minimum amount and will not be going ahead.
