Dynamic Freedom

This is our weekly Tuesday 6pm Yoga class with Kym.

This class integrates flowing vinyasa with longer held poses. Each class is tailored to the individual needs of participants. The evening classes tend to be of a more gentle nature than the morning classes.

Dynamic Freedom yoga guides students to greater freedom and happiness. We integrate asana with various sacred traditional and modern approaches to give participants the opportunity to take concepts off the mat and experience a truly radiant, joyful and abundant life.
