Compass Arts Artful Afternoons: Artist Spotlight Week One
For campers ages 8 - 14 years old
M-F 1pm-4pm, August 19 to August 23, 2024
Led by Caty Therese and Simonne-Anais Clarke

Campers will be introduced to different artists and explore new forms of art each day. Drawing, sculpting, and lots more await as we learn different types of expression from artists of many backgrounds and recreate it in our way. During the week, we will explore and be inspired by the flower paintings of Georgia O'Keeffe, funky portraits with Pablo Picasso, polka dot art by Yayoi Kusama, wire sculptures by Alexander Calder, and paper mosaics by Jose Rodriguez Fuster. Each day will include a new project and tons of fun!

We offer sliding scale pricing for folks who can't pay full price. To apply for sliding scale pricing use our sliding scale assistance form prior to registering. Please note that for summer camps we are unlikely to be able to accept a sliding scale request for more than one camp per family.
