Imagination Playhouse
A foundational class for storytelling through theater, movement, and music
For children 4-6 years old
Tuesdays, 4:15-5pm, April 16 to May 21, 2024
Taught by Amanda Spinella and Gina Samardge
Class fee $144 ($24 per 45 minute class)

Young children have vivid imaginations. They love to listen to stories, tell their own stories, act out stories, and play pretend & make-believe. Through the Imagination Playhouse classes, young storytellers will have the opportunity to do all of this, as well as play improv and theater games, sing, dance, create their own stories, and craft costumes and props to help them tell stories old and new alike. Together, we’ll build the language of storytelling through the body and voice and lay early foundational skills for both the performing and literary arts, all with the child’s voice at the center. The final class will include a share of work by the students and teacher.
